Appointment Policy
* Any appointment changes (cancelling/rescheduling) with LESS THAN 48 hours notice, will be required to pay 50% of the appointment cost if not already paid.
* Cancelling = forfeited booking fee (BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)
* No- shows will be required to pay 100% of the appointment cost.
* If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment cost if not already paid.
* If you arrive early, please wait in your car until it is time for your appointment.
* Only the person that holds an appointment is allowed in my studio. Please DO NOT bring anyone inside with you.
* If you are unwell or have been around anyone who is unwell, please DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. We can reschedule beforehand to avoid refusal of service.
*Appointments on public holidays and out of hours incur a $20 fee.
BOOKING FEE (deposit):
* Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if 48 hours notice is given.
* To transfer a booking fee to a rescheduled appointment, you must do it AT LEAST 48 hours before original booking otherwise the booking fee is forfeited.
* Booking fees are non-transferable to other individuals or existing bookings.
* Remaining amount is to be paid by cash or card on the day.
CANCELLATIONS:
* I ask for AT LEAST 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please keep in mind that booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Cancellations for popular dates are posted on my Instagram story @edenisabelbeauty when they become available.
PRICING:
* Pricing is subject to change without notice. If I decide that you have not booked in the correct service once you have arrived to your appointment, pricing WILL change.
*Quotes are subject to change if bookings are changed.
STUDIO/TRAVEL:
* I no longer offer travel for appointments
* Please do not bring anyone to your appointment
LATE ARRIVALS/ARRIVING SICK:
* Please arrive ON TIME to your appointment. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will forfeit their appointment and booking fee, as bookings run back to back.
* Any clients arriving with any signs of sickness (coughing, sneezing, congestion, etc.) or any signs of contraindications including conjunctivitis, cold sores, sty, etc. as well as dirty eyelash extensions, WILL BE REFUSED SERVICE. Booking fee will not be refunded if this occurs.
* No-shows will be required to pay the full service cost (this will be taken from the card on file and may be without warning).
OPENING HOURS:
* Opening hours subject to change without notice.
* Any bookings after work hours and on public holidays require an extra $20 fee
* Duration of appointments may differ each client.
