Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched.

AUSTRALIA

STANDARD SHIPPING (2-6 business day): free

EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-3 business days): $10

REST OF THE WORLD

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL (15-25 business days): $30

Tracking number and link will be sent via email when order is dispatched. Please note: once orders are dispatched, the delivery time is out of our control. All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

 

RETURN POLICY

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind or incorrectly purchased an item, due to hygiene reasons. 

We take great care when we pack your order, however if you believe you have received an incorrect order, or your item has been damaged in transit or is faulty due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us at admin@edenisabel.com within 72 hours of receiving your product. Please note: images will be required and you will need your order details as evidence.

Any unclaimed parcels that are returned to us will incur any costs associated with the return and re-delivery.

Cancellations of orders are not permitted.
